UCAY held a borsht fundraiser and silent auction to raise funds for the upcoming 2nd Yukon to Ukraine mission. Featured in the silent auction were locally-donated items as well as special items brought back from Ukraine by Jeff Sloychuk in February.

We learned that Yukoners have an insatiable appetite for borsht (and potato pancakes and cabbage rolls)! We promise that next time we won’t be sold out in less than two hours!
